- operate research for lighting condition of surrounding environment relates to project area
- operate world lighting tour and show team several similar spaces as example to project
- provide concept determination to precise direction of entire project
- provide scaled mock-up model or CG renderings
- provide lighting images to share common image of spaces by photo

● Phase 2 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

- provide hand sketched colored drawing images on plan or section to describe quality of lighting and aesthetic coordination
- provide fixture layouts in CAD format
- provide fixture schedule and cut sheets including images and description
- provide cost estimation based on fixture quantities and estimated unit price
- provide luminance calculation for several major areas

● Phase 3 - CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT

- provide final fixture layouts in CAD format
- provide final fixture schedule and cut sheets including images and description
- provide final luminance calculation for several major areas
- provide detail sketches where fixtures to be mounted architecturally
- provide spectral distribution graph for each fixture type
- provide final cost estimation based on fixture quantities and estimated unit price
(base with support form the local design institute)
- provide zoning, switching and timer matrices for each area

● Phase 4 - SUPERVISING

- open regular meeting to explain lighting concept to contractor
- adjust and confirm final layout drawing from contractor
- provide fixture submittals to approve final fixture decision
- provide custom fixture design and check manufacture?fs shop drawing
- adjust and confirm final architectural details which concerns lighting
- provide mock-up experiment for detail confirmation
- visit site to adjust final light focusing and time sequences or provide instruction to electricians


* Presentation will be provided to client and design team at end of each phases.
* If team required to consider energy compliance like LEED for green project,
lighting energy analysis will be included in our phase and count as additional service
to accomplish compliance. If that is the case, energy analysis will be included in Phase 2 and 3.


● DESIGN FEE

Our design services are estimated by manpower based upon hourly rates. Types of project duration and size will be considered in our estimation.

Hourly rates are as follows ;

* Hourly rate may be changed without any notice.
* Travel expenses and overheads are not included in this estimation.
